Work Days: Monday thru Thursday Hours of Work: 9am - 4pm Location: San Francisco, CA Additional daily hours, days of week as needed. We’re looking for a skilled Office Manager to join our growing team at Otter.ai, as we expand into our brand-new San Francisco office! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to create a welcoming and efficient workplace for our talented team. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of innovators in the AI space, all while ensuring smooth daily operations that fuel our company culture. Your impact Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces. Track office supply inventory and place orders for general office and facility-related needs. Manage space planning, office moves, and workstation setup. Build and maintain relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors. Serve as point of contact for general office inquiries and support requests. Be a culture carrier - foster a positive office environment, promote teamwork, and support employees in doing their best work. Lead and assist in administrative and other projects as needs arise across business functions. We're looking for someone who Experience in office or facilities management. A proven track record of building working relationships with relationships with employees, candidates, and third parties. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment. This is a full-time work schedule that entails five days a week in our San Francisco office.
