Oxford Instruments is looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our regional team in Wiesbaden on a 2- year contract to oversee daily operations, coordinate facilities, and support our team in maintaining an efficient and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, you’ll take charge of:

  • Office Management: Managing daily office functions, coordinating facilities repairs, maintaining supplies, and overseeing seating arrangements.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serving as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders, including building management, clients, and vendors.
  • Onboarding & Budgeting: Assisting with new employee onboarding and managing office budgets and expenses.
  • Reception Duties: Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors, organizing meetings, and maintaining common areas.
  • General Support: Assisting executives with reports, events, and correspondence while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
