Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Office Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, managing resources, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. You’ll lead a team across multiple sites, ensuring they are supported, trained, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The role also requires strong administration skills, a proactive approach to compliance, and the ability to improve systems for greater efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate staff schedules, rosters, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and performance support to site staff
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and professional relationships
  • Manage procurement, stock control, and resource allocation across three sites
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and client requirements
  • Prepare reports and analyse data to support management decision-making
  • Review and improve systems and processes to enhance service delivery
