Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager & PA to the CEO to join our team. This role combines day-to-day office management with direct support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming, efficient work environment. The position is based at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Office Management Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment Serve as the front desk point of contact, welcoming guests and handling incoming communications Work closely with vendors and service providers (facilities, cleaning, supplies, etc.) Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate meetings, events, and company activities Ensure office maintenance, organization, and overall employee experience Personal Assistant to the CEO Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and internal/external communication Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Requirements 1–2 years of experience as an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant or similar role Experience working with vendors and service providers Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset Nice to Have Experience supporting senior management / executives Experience in a startup or dynamic environment Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
