JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory experience and be proficient in managing office functions, including bookkeeping, human resources, and vendor management. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of our office environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Dentistry, ideally with assisting or Hygiene background with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in human resources practices and policies, including hiring and letting go of staff.
  • Strong team management skills with a focus on training & development of staff members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. We invite qualified candidates who are passionate and ready to implement policies within the team.

    Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
