We’re looking for an Temp Office manager in Tokyo to join us in supporting our Tokyo team and office operations. This role reports to the Director of Employee Experience based in Tel Aviv. So, what will you be doing all day? Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with administrative needs and logistics for ongoing projects and team-building activities for employees in Tokyo, as well as support to the General Manager as needed. Plan and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events that foster a positive work environment. Supporting the onboarding experience for new employees by assisting with coordination, communications, and logistics. Managing the off-boarding process by coordinating administrative tasks, logistics, and exit-related communications to ensure a smooth transition. Supporting front-of-office operations by welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional, friendly office environment. Maintenance of the Tokyo office to a high standard (pantry and stationery restocking, meeting room setup, coordinating team lunches, etc.). Liaising with IT to support onsite needs and assisting with tracking IT inventory. Supporting relationships with office vendors (IT, janitorial, and other service providers) to ensure smooth daily operations. This is the perfect job for someone who is: Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic. Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done. Great communication skills: written and verbal. Service oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
