Job Description
Wilshire is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Amsterdam office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, with responsibilities spanning administrative support, facilities management, and event coordination. You will be the on-site contact for our third-party IT helpdesk provider, manage office supplies, and handle various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will assist in client servicing and event logistics, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work independently and adapt to the dynamic needs of our office.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience with client servicing and event coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial services is beneficial.
  • Part-time schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, ideally spread over three on-site days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with flexibility to adjust hours for event support
Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including liaising with the building management and arranging guests.
  • Perform administrative duties such as handling official documents and managing expenses.
  • Maintain office facilities, including stocking supplies and general office upkeep.
  • Assist in client servicing tasks, including updating presentations and organizing events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as booking conference rooms and arranging accommodations.
  • Serve as the on-site contact for our third-party IT helpdesk provider for the region.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide support to the team as needed.
