OFFICE MANAGER (PATIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER) – THE CAMBRIDGE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Location: Cambridge, Ontario Position: Full-time
At The Cambridge Physiotherapy, we don’t just treat patients — we create an experience that makes people feel cared for from the moment they call us to the day they graduate from treatment.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager (Patient Experience Manager) to lead our front desk team, keep our clinic running smoothly, and ensure every patient interaction reflects our values of care, compassion, and excellence.

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds patient experience and clinic operations together:

  • Lead & Inspire – Coach and mentor our Patient Experience Coordinators, run 1:1 meetings, and set the tone for our positive clinic culture.
  • Patient Experience – Oversee front desk performance, phone calls, appointment bookings, billing, collections, and patient satisfaction.
  • Clinic Operations – Keep the clinic clean, organized, and aligned with our brand. Manage scheduling, payroll, and business processes.
  • Team & Community – Support recruitment, training, marketing and involvement in community events.
  • Growth & Development – Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship programs
