We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager. Our locally owned physical therapy office is an established practice that focuses on meeting the needs of our patients with One-On-One treatments in a professional, purposeful, personal, peaceful and fun setting. Our goal is to provide an excellent patient experience. This is a relaxed and comfortable work place.
We’re looking for an exceptional person with experience managing a medical office, billing experience, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help patients receive care. The Manager will lead a team of 2 part time employees and must have the flexibility to cover for other staff when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in a medical office setting
Familiarity with insurance company procedures and policies
Knowledge of medical terminology
High school diploma/GED required
Excellent phone manners, verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work flexible part-time hours for the first 90 days of employment
