Job Summary: The Office Manager is a clerical position that operates as part of the clinic. Office Manager is responsible for the operation of the front office and general office needs of the Clinic in a professional and efficient manner. The Office Manager will utilize their organizational skills to coordinate the use of space within the Penny Lane facilities. Office Manager will ensure that essential administrative documentation is completed, submitted, filed, and tracked. Office Manager will assist the Penny Lane Maintenance Manager in coordinating building issues as needed which includes delegating service requests to the maintenance staff and communicating with the Maintenance manager on a regular basis. Provide outstanding community customer service to staff, clients, community partners, county agencies, and other business entities. Provide direct supervision and support to receptionists. The Office Manager is efficient, energetic, and a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and has good report with the clinic staff and the staff that he/she supervises. This position requires flexibility and the ability to multitask. Requirements: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Previous supervisory experience preferred.  * 1 year Office Manager experience or 2 years clerical / records experience including duties such as records, billing, reception services, mail services, records maintenance, office supply ordering, etc.  * Must have excellent organizational skills, and effective communication skills.  * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  * Ability to write simple correspondence.  * Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. * Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written). * Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
