About the Role: Are you an organised and adaptable professional who excels at supporting senior leaders, managing competing priorities, and building strong stakeholder relationships? The General Medicine Team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the Office Manager/Personal Assistant role on a temporary basis. In this position, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Unit Director and senior leadership team within the department. You will supporting divisional data, operational, and policy requirements. We are looking for someone who can make a positive contribution to strategic planning, bring forward new ideas, and maximise the benefits of change. You will build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage and resolve complex enquiries. Alongside these responsibilities, you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the ongoing success of the department.
