Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager and Personal Assistant with exceptional organizational abilities and a talent for multitasking. This role requires outstanding communication skills, expertise in managing office operations, and the ability to support executive-level tasks effectively
Contract: Full time internship
Monthly Salary: € 500 / € 700

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools, including Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage both office-related tasks and personal assistant responsibilities effectively.
    Hours: Monday to Friday. 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00.
    Work location: Via Giacomo Boni 26, 20146 – Milan (MI).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functionality, including scheduling, supply inventory, and maintenance coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Provide personal assistance to the Director
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health and safety regulations, and company standards
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the leadership team
