Role Overview The Personal Assistant & OM will play a key role in supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, growing organization. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, while managing complex schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to HR-related initiatives such as events, welfare, and company operations. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Office Operations & Employee Experience Oversee daily office operations and facility management, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming work environment. Manage vendor and service provider relationships (cleaning, maintenance, equipment, landlord) and oversee office procurement, inventory, and budget tracking. Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives: events, wellness programs, and appreciation days. Act as a cultural ambassador and first point of contact for employees’ daily needs, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Support onboarding processes with the HR team to create a smooth and engaging new-hire experience. Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations. Executive & Administrative Support (PA) Manage C-level calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and materials readiness. Provide administrative and operational support: documentation, reporting, and task tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution across departments. 2-3 years of proven experience managing complex calendars and providing executive support to senior leadership (C-level). Previous experience as an PA / Office Manager in high-tech or global companies. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
