Qmaizen Quality is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Office Manager to provide executive-level support and ensure efficient daily operations within the company. What We Offer: • Competitive salary package • Medical and social insurance • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements • Organize and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes • Coordinate internal and external communications • Handle confidential information with discretion • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence • Assist with logistics, events, and scheduling • Follow up on tasks and ensure smooth workflow across departments • Provide administrative support across various business areas including Real Estate, E-Commerce, Marketing, TIC, Crypto, and Business Development Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of finance and sales is a plus • Professional, presentable, and proactive • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Experience in business development or project management is an advantage Work Location: Dubai, UAE Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
