Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This is a key leadership role supporting management team, office staff and field engineers, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and service delivery aligned with our mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of office staff and field engineers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supervise office operations, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Oversee scheduling of staff and resources to optimize efficiency across projects and service delivery
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff development
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal company policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand presence
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using in-house CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Support financial operations by liaising with accounts and payroll departments, ensuring timely processing and reporting
