Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked office and kitchen.
  • Answer phones and welcome guests with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate IT needs.
  • Organize loan files and handle various administrative tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, marketing initiatives, and company meetings.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Handle office-related errands as needed.
  • Ensure conference rooms and office spaces remain clean, organized, and properly set up.
