JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in administrative functions, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with external vendors.

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Experience with bookkeeping and payroll management
  • Experience in event planning and coordinating logistics for various functions
  • Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in schedule management and filing systems
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities
