Maintain the smooth operation of office facilities and internal services, including vendor collaboration, deliveries, and employee amenities. Handle invoices and other documentation and ensure their compliance with our policies. Help in organizing company events and various employee well-being related topics. Qualifications Components for success. You... Have previous administrative work experience. Bring experience working with invoices and budgets, as well as planning and managing costs. Demonstrate good organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask. Show initiative and adapt quickly in changing situations. Hold a manual B‑category driver’s licence.
