We are a busy, well-established denture practice, with three locations serving the Westshore Communities, Greater Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula. We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our office located in the Sidney, B.C.
Duties will include:
- Greeting and serving all patients as they arrive
- Answering phone & e-mail inquiries
- Managing patient files
- Creating and administering treatment plans
- Coordinating appointments and treatment plans with dentist’s/specialist’s offices
- Overseeing the processing of insurance claims & payments
- Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Paid
- Providing Denturist with administrative and practical support when required
Requirements:
- Proven office management or administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with patients, colleagues, and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software
- Knowledge of DOMx software an asset, but not required
This is a full-time opportunity (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM), offering hourly wage along with benefits package. Hourly wage negotiable if you are able to prove your skills and experience.
