Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of office operations, including administrative tasks, financial management, and human resources
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc. to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Take service calls, schedule and order material.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
