Description For the Office Manager position, Tank Services proudly offers: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with 100% company match up to 3% NO COST $50,000 Life Insurance Accrual of 2 weeks' PTO Cell phone stipend Performance based bonus potential Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm $52,000 - $60,000 annually Position Overview The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating office operations, supporting project administration, assisting with financial processes, and maintaining company safety and operating qualification programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role provides administrative support to the President, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors, reporting directly to the President. Key Responsibilities Office Operations Manage day-to-day office functions including receiving mail, answering calls, and ordering office supplies Maintain office organization and administrative systems Coordinate schedules and assist with planning company meetings and events Business & Project Support Assist with customer quoting, opportunity tracking, and purchase order management Maintain job folders, production reports, and project documentation Map job coordinates and assist with scheduling field crews Prepare monthly operational and project reports Accounting & Financial Support Manage Accounts Receivable functions using Sage 50 Process sales reports and maintain records of incoming payments Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments Support basic accounting processes including A/R, A/P, and sales documentation Safety & Compliance Manage Company Safety and Operating Qualification (OQ) programs Coordinate safety training and maintain electronic records of safety equipment and certifications This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements Preferred Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management, administrative, or business support role High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
