Description
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the location runs efficiently and effectively. They will manage daily administrative activities, providing essential support to all employees.  Responsibilities  * Reconcile bank accounts, RO cash, petty cash, company credit cards, and parts statements. * Enter payable, fuel tickets, PO’s, and journal entries. * Manage accounts payable (vendors, drivers, flooring, and bank deposits). * Process car deals and dealer trades. * Create, process, and reconcile invoices and A/R payments. * Pay franchise interest and required debt payments * Assist with payroll functions. * Assist with title work. * Order office supplies. * File and maintain all corresponding paperwork. * Maintain all W-9’s and 1099’s. * Process credit applications. * Perform post office and bank runs. * Answer and direct incoming calls. * Handle incoming calls and address inquiries. * Assist in additional projects and tasks. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)  Qualifications  * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask. * MicroSoft Office Suite experience. * Basic knowledge of accounts/accounting. * Accounts payable and receivable experience. * Ability to handle confidential information properly.
