About Us:
We are a Toronto-based leader in luxury
residential construction. We work with Toronto’s most discerning
homeowners, architects, and designers to deliver projects where
precision, discretion, and exceptional service are non-negotiable.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a high-accountability, solutions-driven Project Coordinator who
thrives in a fast-moving, detail-critical environment. You anticipate
needs, solve problems before they become issues, and communicate
clearly and confidently. You’re organized under pressure, adaptable to
evolving priorities, and committed to seeing things through without
handholding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the flow of project information — quotes, approvals, schedules —
and keep it current without chasing
* Maintain impeccable project records in Buildertrend and other
systems
* Act as a clear, professional point of contact for clients, trades,
and suppliers
* Flag potential issues early and propose solutions, not just problems
* Support project managers and site supervisors with timely, relevant
information
* Keep the operational side of projects running smoothly, so the field
team can focus on execution
Requirements:
* 3+ years in construction project coordination, interior design education or high-level
administrative operations (luxury residential preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and
professional at all times
* Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
* Comfortable making decisions within your scope and escalating only
when appropriate
* Proficient with project management tools
* Driven, adaptable, and engaged — no task is too small if it moves
the project forward
Why Work with us:
* Be part of an established brand trusted in Toronto’s high-end
construction market
* Work on unique, high-profile residential projects
* Join a tight-knit leadership team that values initiative,
accountability, and results
* Competitive compensation with growth potential for top performers
