Job Description As an Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operations run smoothly by coordinating office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing administrative activities. Additionally, you will support the Country Manager and ensure effective communication, administration, and adherence to security, health, and safety policies within the workplace. Coordinates the purchase and inventory of office supplies. Oversees office maintenance and management, ensuring smooth operations and managing vendor relationships. Manages incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and visitor access. Organizes office meetings, events, and staff training on workplace health, safety, and security. Assists with business travel arrangements and documentation. Provides administrative support, including onboarding and offboarding of staff. Supports the Country Manager with local travel and safety policies.
