Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company looking for an Office Manager, focused on Staffing Coordination & Scheduling to join our office team. This person will be the go-to for scheduling, coordinating cover for call-offs, and keeping our operations running smoothly. If you’re highly organized, a strong communicator, and like solving problems on the fly, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage daily and weekly work schedules for 60+ cleaning staff across multiple accounts
  • Quickly respond to call-offs/no-shows and coordinate replacements (using floaters, bench staff, or backups)
  • Keep in close communication with Area Managers and Floaters to ensure all shifts are covered
  • Track attendance, absences, and coverage in scheduling software (or internal system)
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and paperwork (basic HR admin support)
  • Communicate with clients when necessary about staffing or schedule adjustments
  • Provide general office support to the GM, owner and management team
