Description

Your New Role:

    • Delivering exceptional client service and managing enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Providing high-quality administrative and operational support to Advisers and the broader team.
    • Managing client documentation, account maintenance, and a variety of client transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Supporting risk, compliance, and governance requirements by maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations.
    • Acting as a central point of contact between the office, internal support teams, and external service providers.
    • Coordinating office operations, including facilities, technology, supplies, and workplace resources.
    • Assisting with financial administration, invoicing, and expense management activities.
    • Coordinating client, marketing, and team events.
    • Supporting people-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and leave administration.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiencies, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

About You

    • Experience in office management, administration, client services, or operational support.
    • Experience in banking (highly desirable)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
    • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
    • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
    • Sound judgement, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
