OFFICE MANAGER / RECEPTIONIST

Palmetto, FL
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Schedule: Mon: 4-8, Tue: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Fri: 9-1 (2x’s a month), Sun: 10:30-4, with approximately 5 to 10 hours of weekly remote support. (There are some other options available)
Work Location: In person, some remote work

We offer a variety of therapeutic services and prioritize exceptional client care and team collaboration. We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of massage therapists, and lead front desk staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in office management. Experience in a spa, wellness, or service-based environment would be ideal.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Organizational Skills: Quick learner, with strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and maintain a structured, efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in scheduling and booking software, as well as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and proactive, able to think on your feet and make decisions under pressure.
  • Reliability: Consistent, dependable, and committed to supporting both staff and clients.
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Manage payroll preparation, staff schedules, and time tracking.
  • Process payments, handle billing, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Prepare reports on business performance, including appointment metrics, revenue, and staff productivity.
