Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and handle inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments where needed for building, maintain records and files, order office supplies, etc.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is organized, maintained, and efficiently functioning.
  • Staff Support: Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, including expense tracking and inventory.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
