Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to optimize productivity. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management. Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed. Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office management systems. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in accounting or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
