REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in office administration, ideally within an engineering or technical environment.
• Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Health & Safety procedures is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Front Office Management: Answer phones and provide polite, courteous service to clients and suppliers.
