Summary: The Office Manager will oversee the front desk/lobby area while welcoming visitors, answer phones, maintain paperwork and supplies, monitor security by following procedures, pass out mail and any other front desk related duties that may arise. The Office Manager will also support the licensing department with requests needed. Essential functions: Keep front area and supply room tidy, stock copier, answer front door, announce visitors, and monitor parking lot Operate a multiline phone system Maintain supplies, supply lists and equipment, credit cards, and visitor sign-in sheets Separate and deliver mail Copy and scan documents Update license board, schedule food trucks, and occasionally order/pick up lunch Manage credit card receipts, locker employee locker and combination lists, and break room vending machines Maintain licenses at each site and support the licensing department with requests Other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years in an administrative atmosphere Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) Ability to multitask, work efficiently and accurately.
