MAIN PURPOSES OF THE ROLE
We are a charity that is looking for an office manager to run the admin function of the charity. The office provides essential support to the service management team and CEO, to carry out its functions including Operations, Training, Finance, HR, Health and Safety and Marketing.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitoring and ordering supplies, sourcing items as required.
· Office duties including, photocopying, emailing, filing systems and maintenance of records.
· Schedule meetings, events, training as required.
· Assisting with administration of staff organisation and rotas
· Maintaining systems and keeping them up to date as well as introducing any new ones.
