THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our Seven Hills operation. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems, supporting project timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and managing office personnel processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations including scheduling, procurement, and internal communications
  • Oversee document control systems including production records, safety checklists, induction forms, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain inventory tracking and ensure timely ordering of office and workshop supplies
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to manage deliveries, quotes, and service needs
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR record maintenance for site and office staff
  • Monitor administrative staff workloads and ensure efficient distribution of tasks
  • Assist with payroll documentation and ensure all operations comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards
  • Promote and support a safe and compliant workplace in line with WHS regulations
  • Communicate effectively in a multicultural environment; Korean language skills are advantageous but not essential
