KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate ledger entries for EFT/ACH transactions.
  • Prepare biweekly payroll with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reconcile three bank accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Compile financial statements for month-end, ensuring all transactions are recorded and accounts are balanced.
  • Calculate gross pay, transfer earned retainers, and generate income reports and check calculations.
  • File and remit monthly sales and use tax returns to the city.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Track employee time-off and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Collaborate with external partners to administer payroll and benefits, including support during open enrollment.
  • Foster a positive workplace through employee relations assistance.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Assist staff with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Organize meetings, monitor deadlines, and manage team calendars.
