You will play an essential role as part of a multidisciplinary team in delivering holistic guidance and support. Responsibilities Supports the daily operations of the PEAK campus by maintaining an organized, welcoming, and efficient front office aligned to SESI’s Core 5 values. Manages communication for the campus—greeting and screening visitors, directing calls and emails, and ensuring clear, timely information flow between families, staff, district partners, and the Program Manager. Maintains accurate and compliant records, including attendance updates, enrollment paperwork, Student Central uploads, Infinite Campus documentation, and required SESI/PEAK reporting. Coordinates staff schedules, substitutes, supply orders, maintenance requests, and campus logistics to ensure smooth instructional and behavioral programming. Serves as a consistent and professional point of contact for students, families, district liaisons, and community partners—modeling approachability, responsiveness, and follow-through reflective of the PEAK culture. Qualifications Education & Experience: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a school or youth-serving organization. Systems & Technology: Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., Infinite Campus/Student Central), Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn SESI platforms and compliance systems. Operations & Compliance: Strong understanding of front-office operations, records management, attendance procedures, enrollment workflows, and confidentiality requirements (FERPA). Communication & Customer Service: Professional, culturally responsive communicator with the ability to engage families, students, staff, and district partners in high-stakes or emotionally charged situations. Organization & Professional Disposition: Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced alternative education environment while modeling SESI’s Core 5 values (Transparent, Decisive, Humble, Accountable, Inclusive). Posted Salary Range USD $50,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while performing office and front-desk duties. Ability to move throughout the campus to support operations (e.g., classrooms, offices, orientation spaces, front office). Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items (up to approximately 25–30 pounds), such as boxes of supplies, student files, or technology equipment. Ability to operate standard office equipment (computer, printer/copier, phone system) and use a keyboard for extended periods. Ability to visually and audibly observe students, visitors, and campus activity to maintain a safe and responsive front-office environment.
