Job Description Here in Italy, we are looking for an Office Manager. This role reports to the Head of HR and requires full time onsite presence. Your main responsibilities will be: Coordinate office supplies and vendors Administer and maintain company agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation Provide new solutions for the office work environment Provide logistical and operational support for internal company events and initiatives Monitor and ensure implementation of relevant company policies Handling confidential company information with discretion and integrity Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including registered mail, with accuracy and discretion Oversee the day-to-day management of office spaces Manage coworking spaces Manage company cars agreements If required, coordinate with Corporate on all office-related issues and requests concerning Italy Manage office-related agreements, including relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other office benefits Work closely with the Country Manager on ad hoc projects as and when assigned Manage various administrative tasks Coordinate company travel platform (Navan) and support employees in travel bookings Qualifications A previous experience in the field (minimum 2 years) A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills The ability to deal with multiple requests in a timely and efficient way The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks Proactive and solution-oriented A practical doer who delivers quality results on time Strong organizational and time management skills Very good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
