Job Description We're on the lookout for a passionate Office Manager to join our team at Summerset at Pohutukawa Place, our Bell Block village! We value your customer service ethic as much as the technical skills you bring to the team - our culture is what sets us apart! Our Office Manager is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. Reporting to the Village Manager you will be a key member of the Leadership Team helping to set the culture and direction of the village. What will your responsibilities be? Qualifications Who are we looking for? A customer service superstar with a strong administration background ideally in a sole charge Office Administration role Proven abilities in accounts/financial management, reconciliations, database management and providing administrative support to a management team Attention to detail, accuracy and time management Someone who is able to work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday Additional Information What does Summerset have to offer?
