Job Description We're on the lookout for a passionate Office Manager to join our team at our Aotea village We value your customer service ethic as much as the technical skills you bring to the team - our culture is what sets us apart! Our Office Manager is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. Reporting to the Village Manager you will be a key member of the Leadership Team helping to set the culture and direction of the village. What will your responsibilities be? Qualifications Who are we looking for? A customer service superstar with a strong administration background ideally in a sole charge Office Administration role Proven abilities in accounts/financial management, reconciliations, database management and providing administrative support to a management team Attention to detail, accuracy and time management Someone who is able to work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday Additional Information What does Summerset have to offer?
