JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a busy construction company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be comfortable handling both administrative and accounting responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior bookkeeping and office management experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (or other accounting software)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of job costing, progress billing, and lien releases a plus
