Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, manage, and provide guidance to the administrative team, including document controllers, commercial administrators, and the receptionist.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance appraisals, and identify training and development needs.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Training Coordination:
  • Coordinate and book the company’s training programs, including identifying training needs, booking courses, and maintaining training records.
  • Liaise with training providers to ensure the delivery of quality training.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions to CITB and compliance with training-related requirements.
  • Fleet Management:
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and ensure vehicles are returned clean and tidy.
  • Insurance Renewal Process:
  • Manage the company’s insurance renewal process, ensuring policies are reviewed, updated, and renewed on time.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to address any queries or issues.
