Arriving in Nashville from Chicago, Sushi-san will be serving up the freshest fish seven days a week. The menu from Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan will feature signature maki, handrolls, San-Sets, nigiri and sashimi along with Sizzling Rice, binchotan robata grilled dishes and more. Along with a robust sake-by-the-glass list and blast chilled beer, guests will dine to the tunes of golden-era hip-hop.
This will be the fourth location of Sushi-san and first Sushi-san location outside of Chicago.

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for an Office Manager with 2 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience. Responsibilities include maintaining employee and restaurant records, managing accounting processes, and responding to communications from guests, staff, and corporate teams. Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare, process and maintain records for the restaurant’s accounting and financial procedures in a timely manner
  • Balance, pare and maintain security of all cash banks
  • Proficiently process and maintain employee records using online HR, payroll and related systems
  • Receive, respond to and direct incoming communications including but not limited to emails and calls from guests, vendors, employees and the corporate teams
  • Monitor and ensure the restaurant and the team’s compliance with all Company and restaurant policies and procedures as well as all legal and regulatory requirements, and represent the restaurant and Company in interactions with legal and regulatory authorities
  • Provide training and expert guidance to all management team members regarding online systems, software and office procedures, and general benefits information to hourly and management teams
  • Partner with GM and management team to monitor, address and document individual hourly employee performance through on-going feedback, positive recognition, formal performance reviews, coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary action up to and including employment termination
  • Organize office operations and systems, and ensure maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
  • Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
  • Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pound
