Introduction:
JOIN US! We are seeking an Office Manager for team based in London.
As an Office Manager at SymphonyAI, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our London and Dublin office environment, while also providing virtual support to other offices in the EMEA region. Spending at least 4 working days in Dublin per month. You will oversee the day-to-day administration of the office, manage resources, coordinate meetings, and support our diverse teams. Your role will include organizing office operations and procedures, managing communication within the team and with external partners, and maintaining a pleasant work environment by ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will also be responsible for handling office budgets, resolving any administrative issues, and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees.
Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office, and others.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial operations.
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Calendar.
  • Availability to work out of our London office, visiting Dublin office min 4 days per month and support regional offices virtually in EMEA.
