What you’ll be doing You’ll be the go-to person for smooth office operations, including: Managing day-to-day office administration Running reception services, meeting rooms, and visitor flow Supporting travel arrangements and expense processes Preparing correspondence, handling deliveries, and coordinating suppliers Managing invoices, office resources, and internal logistics Organising internal meetings, executive visits, and company events Supporting operational projects, digital tools, and internal systems In short: you make sure things work — calmly, efficiently, and professionally. Who we’re looking for This role is for someone who combines structure with flexibility: 2–3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role Strong organisational skills and real attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle priorities without hand-holding Comfortable managing both routine tasks and last-minute requests Professional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Languages: English required; Spanish or Polish is a strong plus You don’t need to be loud.
