JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our Clients accountancy practice, which consists of a a large team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office workflow and providing administrative support to the directors.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong administration skills, and numerical competency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong numerical competency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow management within the accountancy practice.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the directors.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain reporting sheets and liaise with managers to ensure that targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis .
  • Provide general administration support on behalf of the partners, including specific and special project work .
