Your tasks

As an Office Manager (m/f/d), you will be the central point of contact in our office, ensuring the smooth execution of all organizational and administrative processes. Your diverse responsibilities will include:

  • Personally welcoming visitors and guests
  • Preparing bookkeeping documents
  • Organizing and managing office operations and supplies
  • Placing orders and coordinating service providers
  • Planning and booking business trips
  • Handling and forwarding phone calls
  • Receiving and processing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinating and supervising cleaning staff while ensuring the office remains clean and organized

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training, e.g., as an office administrator, office communication specialist, or similar; a completed degree is a plus but not a requirement
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in office management or a comparable role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, and discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
