We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to assist our small CPA firm in Milton FL. This position plays a vital role in our office by... Providing our customers with quick & thorough assistance. Answering & directing incoming phone calls. Taking detailed & accurate messages when necessary. Supporting our CPA's & office personnel. Everyday you'll work closely with our customers, as well as our CPA's & office personnel. It is extremely important that you are on time and have good attendance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer & route phone calls to the appropriate team member (taking detailed messages when necessary). Read & respond to all incoming emails (from customers and office personnel). Create & maintain organized records. Photocopy/Scan important documents while protecting personal/confidential information. Work closely with, and assist all office personnel, with any administrative tasks assigned to you. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks Strong customer service and communication skills Familiar with Microsoft Office Accurate and efficient with data entry Reliable, punctual, and "Team-Oriented" Prior administrative experience in a financial and/or Accounting firm is a PLUS, but is NOT a requirement. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday ------- 9am - 5pm PAY: Starts at $20/hr. - $25/hr. (Depending on level of experience). REQUIREMENTS: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
