We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Innovation team as an Advanced Technology Manager, leading research and involved with a variety of R&D aspects. Your Day to Day Ensure our workspace is vibrant, organized, and always "guest-ready," from the kitchen to the conference rooms Manage the office’s inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a perfect work environment Host guests and candidates, manage front-desk flow & deliveries, and handle day-to-day assistance for our team with a service-oriented mindset Support the hiring process by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and leading the first-day orientation for new hires Take part in HR projects and lead the onboarding experience for new hires Design and execute company-wide events, Happy Hours, and milestones that make our culture unique Manage end-to-end travel and navigate complex calendars and scheduling for the management team Requirements Proven background in Office Management or a similar operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and boost office energy A proactive self-starter who identifies needs before they arise and has a "whatever-it-takes" mindset High organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex schedules while working independently Fluent in English, both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications null Why should you be a TriEyoneer?
