Our team is Oxford is looking for an extremely organized team member to assist on a temporary basis with a possibility of extension/full time opportunity based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Process customer payments for storage and service that are called in / dropped off to the office including deposit of checks and cash funds Track Accounts Receivable and provide report to the Director of Operations and Service Manager. Update shared office calendar with staff time off, appointments, etc. Manage new customer data entry and ensure all vital information is captured and entered in the system. Serve as the main point of contact for customers as they walk into the office and call in. Assist Service Manager with entry of work orders in system and addition of job operations as needed Maintenance and Upkeep of records. Provide a daily labor report to the Director of Operations, Service Manager, and Regional Manager with comparison of time entered in system for the previous workday, noting any discrepancies for addressment. Manage transient and annual slip reservations in our service system. Facilitate the dockage and storage contract billing process. Ensure contracts are accurate and sent out in a timely manner, tracking the status of process and communicating with service team of new storage arrivals and slip holders Facilitate monthly storage billing in the system for dry storage vessels including dinghies and storage racks Ensure outside contractors have the appropriate documentation on file for site visits Requirements Experience with marine software such as MOLO a plus! Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to apply basic math skills including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
