Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, both in the office and in our day-to-day business processes. Your role will include:

  • Leadership Support: Work directly with the CEO to assist with strategic planning, scheduling, and operational coordination.
  • Team Goal Management: Help set and track both company and individual advisor goals, ensuring progress and follow-through.
  • Scheduling & Time Management: Manage daily and long-term schedules, appointments, and office activities for the CEO and team.
  • Workflow & Systems Oversight: Monitor and manage workflow to ensure systems and processes operate efficiently and align with business goals.
  • Licensing Progress Tracking: Track and follow up on progress toward achieving Level 1 licensing to support individual and team development.
  • Salesforce Management: Use Salesforce software to track client interactions, sales, and operational data (Salesforce experience is an asset).
