Position: Office Manager
Dean Group Head Office is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our expanding group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office Management, will be resilient, adaptable, confidential and great humoured!
This is an extremely busy and engaging role in a globally expanding group and this person will play a key role in supporting the Head Office team in this goal.
This is a full time, 5 day a week office based role. The successful candidate will be eligible to work full time in Ireland and will not be new to this role or skillset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Familiarity with systems and platforms
  • Previous experience onboarding new systems and integrations
  • Proven ability for confidentiality
  • Experience in minute taking
  • Previous experience supporting Director level and a self led learner
  • General comfort in supporting legal counsel with documentation
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Exceptional soft skills
  • Ability to learn new things and comfort in finding answers as needed
  • Ability to work ad hoc and reprioritise tasks as needed
  • Strong sense of resilience and ability to work independently
  • Genuine desire to grow the team culture
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The Office Manager will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel group’s head office in Dublin. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can provide administrative Support, manage office logistics, and assist senior management with executive tasks. The successful candidate will ensure an efficient, welcoming, and engaging office environment while supporting key business function.
